Storage cupboards in the loft areas of the buildings are the responsibility of lessees. Do not store dangerous materials, such as gas cylinders, paint or chemicals, that could be a fire risk. The communal areas outside the cupboards should be kept clear. Anything left there will be removed and disposed of.

Do not allow anyone to have unauthorised access to the water tanks and satellite television systems as there have been unfortunate repercussions for other flats in the past. If in doubt, take advice from the estate office.
