Communal satellite receivers and television aerials are on the roof of each building and every flat has an access point to receive a feed. External radio or television aerials and satellite dishes must not be fitted. Please speak to the estate office before calling in outside engineers about the installation of satellite systems.

The current system does not automatically provide Sky Q services and therefore there is a fee paid directly to the approved supplier to install Sky Q should your flat not already be connected. Please contact the Estate Office for more details.

Under no circumstances should any unauthorised engineer have access to the communal receivers.

Fibre Internet Service

The estate has a fibre network which can be utilised by any resident by subscribing to Hyperoptic’ s services www.hyperoptic.com. No other Fibre Service is available currently. Please contact the Estate office for more details.

You are also able to connect to standard broadband services through your own telephone lines and you should make your own enquiries to relevant providers.
