The service charge for all flats at Manor Fields is due in two instalments a year — on 1 April and 1 October. Please ensure that the managing agent’s reference number shown on the demand is quoted with your payments. The smooth running of the estate depends on the punctual payment of service charges and the company implements a firm procedure to collect service charge arrears and any legal fees incurred in their collection.
