If you are a lessee, you can sublet your flat at Manor Fields, but before you do so you must obtain a consent from the company for each subletting. Please contact the estate office in the first instance. Flat-sharing, lodgers, Airbnb and similar arrangements are not allowed under the terms of your lease.
